Fake Snake
Two snakes. One sequence.
Fake Snake is a split-screen puzzle game where one movement sequence controls multiple snakes at once.
One input. Two snakes.
Every move you make is mirrored across two parallel boards. Up means up for both snakes - but the walls, food, and traps are in different places in each reality. Solving one side is easy. Solving both with the same sequence is the catch.
The core hook
One sequence, two snakes
Your inputs drive both snakes at once. There is no controlling them separately. Or is there?
Solve both, or neither
A clear on one side means nothing. The puzzle is the overlap of both.
The demo plan
Core mechanic first
Two snakes, one input. Nothing more, nothing less.
Something to play with
A handful of hand-made levels that teach the twist.
